Feta Cous Cous



Simple is the name of the game with couscous. This versatile grain is perfect for throwing a meal together quickly.





I wanted to make some wall art. I love black and white patterns but I didn’t want to spend $20+ on a large blank canvas just to paint black and white stripes. So I figured out a way to make my own canvas for a reasonable price.




I love chocolate.  That fact should be known about me.  So... chocolate muffins... OH MY YUMMY FOOD!  One of the only things better than chocolate itself is chocolate muffins!  I always see these at the store and want to buy them, but then I see the nutrition facts.  Let's just say you would need to run roughly 10-15 miles to burn one muffin's worth of calories.  Nope, sorry, not today.  If there's one thing I don't have time for, it's a four hour run.

Even though I love to exercise and am on a cross country team, I can't spend that much time exercising for the sake of one muffin.  Luckily, I have a solution!

These delish muffins taste just as good as the real thing, and have only about 100 calories per muffin.  Now that's something I can deal with.  There are a lot of healthy substitutions in this recipe, so there is also less fat per serving.  I will definitely be making these again soon!

Easy Pretzels




These are probably one of the easiest things I have ever made. You may be thinking that these need to spend hours rising, but there was absolutely no rising time. Yep, that's right. These rise right in the oven. And another plus, there are only six ingredients needed. So, get going! You're going to love these!


Roasted Chick Peas




When I first saw a pin on Pinterest about these, I was kind of on-the-fence about making them. I really don't like peas or beans or hummus, so why would I like them roasted? For some reason, I still went ahead and made these. They're super yummy. And did I mention super easy?! Look at the recipe below and you will find no excuse to not make these.
