Feta Cous Cous



Simple is the name of the game with couscous. This versatile grain is perfect for throwing a meal together quickly.




Feta couscous

1/4 cup water
tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of pepper
1/2 tablespoon of salt
1/4 cup couscous
1 green onion


1. In a saucepan, combine water, and olive oil, and salt on medium heat.



2. Once it gets to a light boil, pour in cous cous to until the cous cous covers most of the water (may require more couscous than originally stated)


3. Stir couscous and until it water absorbs and the couscous consistency gets light fluffy. Stir in pepper and then cut green onions into small strips and mix in. 



4. Top with crumbled feta. Add salt/pepper to taste
